Board-Certified Hearing Instrument Specialist
I am a Board-Certified Hearing Instrument Specialist for the Bessemer and Birmingham office locations. I have been through extensive training with Audibel and have received my Audibel Professional Certification. In addition, I have also been trained in Live Speech Mapping, Real Ear Measurement, deep canal impressions, and is proficient with all Audiometric equipment to service your needs. With an understanding of how hearing loss affects clients and their families, I have dedicated myself to educating and counseling clients to get the most out of life despite their hearing loss.
Outside of helping people with their hearing needs, I enjoy spending time with my wife Julie and our dog, Hank. I also enjoy playing golf, cooking, trying new restaurants, traveling and collecting vinyl.
Stephanie Hanson
Hearing Instrument Specialist
Stephanie Hanson is a Hearing Instrument Specialist at our Jasper and Bessemer clinics. Stephanie is originally from Oakman, AL and she recently moved from Florida to Carbon Hill, AL to be closer to family. She attended the University of Alabama where she earned a B.S. in Food and Nutrition.
Stephanie began working in the hearing industry in February 2023 and was drawn to the profession because she wanted to help people. What she loves most about saving hearing lives is helping them to live better lives each day. Stephanie strives to provide great customer service to our patients.
Outside of saving hearing lives, she loves to spend time with her family, friends, and dog.
Ciairah Kimbrough
Patient Care Coordinator
Ciairah joined Pattillo Balance and Hearing in 2026 as a Patient Care Coordinator, bringing several years of experience in healthcare and customer service. She has always enjoyed working with people and believes that even the smallest interaction can shape someone’s entire experience.
Known for her warm and energetic personality, Ciairah enjoys creating an environment where patients feel comfortable, welcomed, and genuinely cared for. She especially values building relationships with patients and being someone they can count on throughout their hearing healthcare journey.
When she isn’t at Pattillo, Ciairah is usually spending time with her son and family, traveling whenever she gets the chance, trying a new recipe, or finding something new to experience.
