Hearing Instrument Specialist

I have been a licensed hearing instrument specialist for 9 years. I have an Associates Degree in applied Sciences for Mental Health/Social Work/Drug and Alcohol counseling. I have always had a passion for serving others and have done so in many capacities. With an understanding of how hearing loss affects clients and their families, I have dedicated myself to educating and counseling clients to get the most out of life despite their hearing loss.

Outside of helping people with their hearing needs, I am a licensed Realtor in Alabama. I enjoy selling real estate, enjoy spending time with my husband Clark, my son Bentley and our 4 dogs, along with cooking, exercising, outdoor activities, and traveling.

Patient Services Coordinator

Stephanie Hanson is a patient services coordinator at our Jasper and Bessemer clinics. Stephanie is originally from Oakman, AL and she recently moved from Florida to Carbon Hill, AL to be closer to family. She attended the University of Alabama where she earned a B.S. in Food and Nutrition.

Stephanie began working in the hearing industry in February 2023 and was drawn to the profession because she wanted to help people. What she loves most about saving hearing lives is helping them to live better lives each day. Stephanie strives to provide great customer service to our patients.

Outside of saving hearing lives, she loves to spend time with her family, friends, and dog.

Had issue with right hearing aid very little volume. Checked in a only had a wait of five minutes or so. They took my aids and about 2 minutes later said they had to change something on the right aid and I was on my way. Very friendly and experienced.
